April 14th

The girls having fun in the car!
Wow wow wow I got kisses from Ellie!
Me and Lucy

Today I got to go and do whatever I wanted so I went and got my hair done until I had to meet up with Blake to get the girls.  Daddy is always taking the kids and doing fun stuff with them, so while they were waiting for me the went on some rides at the mall.  My girls are still very much mama's girls so I always get kisses and hugs when they see me and Lucy will say I "lub" you so much!  Ellie when she's feeling generous will give me a kiss!  I love my girls!

Easter Day

Yeah!  The Easter Bunny found our house!  After the kids looked to see what the Easter Bunny brought we all went out to see if we could find the eggs.  We got ready and went to church and then we went that evening to Blake's parents house for dinner.

Coloring Eggs!

Gavin and Lucy were so excited to color the eggs.  Dad did a good job boiling the eggs but when it came time to get the dye ready someone not naming any names (Blake) said he couldn't find the vinegar so he only used water.  I knew that we had vinegar so I went to the cupboard and if it would have fallen out it would have hit him in the face!  I'm sure we all know how our husbands"look"!

SEA WORLD!

Spring Break March 18-20

I decided that I was tired of never being able to take my kids anywhere because of Blake's schedule and so he had a couple of days of and so we called Aunt Stacy (Blake's Aunt) in California and asked if we could bunk up at her place for a few days!  Plus I wasn't quite sure if we would get much of a summer vacation this year so I "Carpe Diem" and we were off to Sea World.  Gavin has had a love of animals since he was born even at about 1 1/2 years old he knew all the animals the sounds they made and could sit and look at animal books forever.  When it comes to toys he's got a huge bucket of plastic play animals.  He had seen a commercial for sea world and wanted to go back.  I love Sea World too!  Its always been an easy place to take the kids and have a good time.  The kids had a blast staying with Aunt Stacy they didn't want to leave.  One our favorite things to do in California is to eat sushi at MR. SUSHI it is the best!  They have this roll called the Albacore Special and we crave it in AZ.  We are always like "man could we go for Mr. Sushi."  Good Family times and great weather!

March 15th St. Patrick's Day!

Daddy got up and made the kids green pancakes in honor of St. Patrick's Day!  The kids thought they were pretty cool and delicious!  Yummy!  What a good daddy!

Las Vegas here we come...

We made a stop at Hoover Dam

Me having some fun at the Black Jack table!

March 7th -9th

Blake has had a free weekend in Vegas from the time he went last year and became apart of a players club and so he decided that we better get away and it was free so we packed our bags and left the kids at home!  We stayed at the brand new Pallazzo and it was beautiful.  We went to see "O" Cirque du Soleil at the Bellagio and it was amazing.  It was a quick trip but well worth it for my sanity.

My flower bed

Ever since we moved in I have been wanting some flowers in the front.  So I finally got my husband to go and get me some flowers and so this is him with the kids "helping"!  They did a great job and I love that when I drive up to the house I can see pretty flowers.

Disney on Ice...The Princesses!

January 23rd

We went to dinner at Claim Jumper and then went on to the show.  The kids loved it and it was so far one of the best shows I have seen on ice.  Gain's favorite part was when the Dragon came out and spit fire on the ice.  Lucy loves Ariel, Tinkerbell and of course Mickey and Minnie Mouse.  Ellie did really well sitting on our laps and would dance when she heard the music.  Good family times!

January 2008 *Happy Birthday Lucy!*

I'm a little behind on posting for the year so we're going to start from the beginning....... January 15th 2008
Lucy is 3 years old!  She is so fun and full of life.  A little sassy too!  I always say to her "if you weren't so cute you would get in trouble!"  She wanted My Little Pony as her theme and we decided to go to the Wildlife Zoo.  We love this zoo because you can see the animals so much closer.  We then went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse so she could sit on the saddle and everyone could say "yee-ha"she definitely likes to be in the center of attention.  Grandpa and Grandma Ellsworth and Uncle Joe, Aunt Erin, Emma and Noah helped us celebrate!  We love you Lucy and I hope that you had a great birthday.  Love, DAD, MOM, Gavin and Ellie
